NO REFUND POLICY

Policy Overview
Effective February 1, 2026, Ascension Auto Lab maintains a strict No Refund Policy on all services, deposits, and products. This policy applies to window tint, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and any related services or materials. By scheduling an appointment or authorizing work, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
Appointment Deposits — Non-Refundable
All appointment deposits paid to Ascension Auto Lab are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are collected to secure your scheduled appointment slot and compensate for time reserved exclusively for your vehicle.
This policy exists because:

Our services require advanced scheduling of installer time, materials, and facility resources.

PPF and ceramic coating materials may be pre-cut or pre-ordered specifically for your vehicle.

Cancelled or no-show appointments prevent us from serving other customers during that time slot.
Deposit Terms:

Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.

Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment at Ascension Auto Lab’s discretion, provided the customer contacts us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit entirely with no credit applied.
Window Tint Services
All window tint installations are final and non-refundable upon completion. Tint film selection, including shade percentage and film type, is the sole responsibility of the customer. Ascension Auto Lab will not issue refunds due to a customer’s dissatisfaction with a legally-chosen tint shade or film type after installation. Customers are encouraged to review Texas window tint laws and confirm their selection prior to service.
Ceramic Coating Services
Ceramic coating services are non-refundable once the application process has begun. The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in an acceptable condition for coating at the time of the appointment. Additional paint correction or prep work required beyond the agreed-upon scope will be quoted separately. Results may vary based on the existing condition of the vehicle’s paint, and variation in outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
PPF installations are non-refundable once materials have been cut or installation has commenced. Because PPF film is custom-cut to your vehicle’s specific panels, materials cannot be restocked or reused once prepared. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the scope of PPF coverage (partial hood, full hood, full front, etc.) prior to scheduling. Changes to coverage scope after material has been prepared may result in additional charges.
Products & Materials
All products and materials purchased through Ascension Auto Lab are sold as-is and are non-refundable. This includes special-order films, coatings, and accessories, which are non-cancellable once ordered.
Warranty on Workmanship
Ascension Auto Lab stands behind the quality of our installations. If a defect is found that is directly attributable to our workmanship, we will correct the issue at no additional charge within the warranty period specified on your service invoice. Manufacturer warranties on films and coatings are subject to each manufacturer’s respective terms. Warranty coverage does not constitute a refund and does not alter this No Refund Policy.
Disputes & Exceptions
Any disputes regarding services rendered must be brought to the attention of Ascension Auto Lab management within 7 days of service completion. Exceptions to this policy, if any, are made solely at the discretion of management and do not constitute a waiver of this policy in whole or in part.
